Andrews’ Family Cookery and Household Management began with my passion towards my cookery and household management. I started my cookery record in my little note book while I was lived in UK with Andrews’ Family. This blog part of it is to acknowledged the family had inspired me into cookery and household management.
Now I’m back to Malaysia, as I have a day job in art gallery and evening is my adventure in kitchen. I’m going to try my best to post something every day, whether it be something about a new recipe I have found, or a kitchen disaster, or any hints and tips from days gone by for good household management that have been useful. I found there is many exciting recipes, projects, history, hints & tips to share with my reader.
Nowadays, when you walked out on street, you will see many restaurant offering different kind of cuisine. The dining experience was started with Auguste Escoffier as King of Chefs contributed to cooking was to elevate it to the status of a respected profession by introducing organized discipline to his kitchens, as you can see in professional kitchen and popularized dining experience. That is not what I am going to do over here, my blog is all about home-cooking and the comfort food. For those working mother or working class people with the reason of No time for cooking, in my blog it is simple, no fuss just enjoyable.
