Papillote sounds like a fancy dish that you could think of, it is simply popped into paper parcel and then baked. The only thing to remember is to seal the parcel well and do not let the delicious juices escape.
The thing I loved about this dish because you could use any fish you like. I prefer trout is simply it is oily fish that is really good for health. Cooking fish in this way is the most safer way to cook as it won’t over cook it and as the parcel keep the goodness inside; it is sounds like open a Christmas parcel.
